A 44-year-old taxi driver was Tuesday morning nabbed with an unlicensed revolver in his possession.
Police Headquarters said the discovery was made by an Anti-Crime Unit patrol at Mandela Avenue and Pineapple Street, Georgetown at around 10:15hrs.
The driver was in a motorcar when he was intercepted.
He is in custody assisting in this investigation.
