The Joint Services today conducted another search at the Camp Street Penitentiary where they combed the cells of prisoners with the aim of ensuring that anything that is prohibited beyond the prison gates is not accessible to the inmates.
INews was told that this joint operation commenced at 06:00h and will continue throughout the day. Several streets were cordoned off and there was heavy security presence around the prisons.
