Sixteen witnesses to testify at former Beauty Queen’s trial; PI set for April

[www.inewsguyana.com] – Former Beauty Queen Carol Ann Lynch, accused of killing her husband Farouk Razack on May 7, 2007  made another Court appearance before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry on Wednesday, February 5

Police Prosecutor, Bharat Mangru requested an early date for the commencement of Preliminary Inquiry (PI), stating that all investigations are complete.

The prosecutor said that there are sixteen witnesses to testify in the matter. The PI was set for April 1 and Lynch was further remanded to prison. She’s being represented by Attorneys – at – Law, Peter Hugh and Latchmi Rahamat.
