Police say six males have been taken into custody last evening after an unlicensed firearm was found hidden under a piece of wood at West Ruimveldt.
According to a GPF release, ranks ranks acting on information received swooped down on the men who were together infront of a “Fruit Shop” at Front Road, West Ruimveldt, about 2130h. and conducted a search, during which they found an unlicensed Taurus revolver and one live ammunition, hidden under a piece of 2×4 wood where they were assembled.Investigations are in progress.
