A Security Guard appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Beharry charged with assault.
Roland Kumar of West Ruimveldt Georgetown pleaded not guilty to the offence which read that on July 10 at West Ruimveldt Georgetown, he assaulted Hardai Keshore.
The accused, who was not represented by an Attorney was placed on a bond to keep the peace, pending the termination of the matter with his next court date set for July 18. [Royan Abrams]
