A number of persons are currently protesting the condition of the roads in the Ituni and Linden mines area.
Thus far, the protesters have blocked the Kwakwani\Ituni Road.
When contacted, Chairman of Region 10, Sharma Solomon confirmed that the protest action is ongoing and stated that he had nothing to do with organising the protest.
