[www.inewsguyana.com] – The police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred at about 19:35hrs, last night Sunday August 03, on the Main Road at No. 11 Village, West Coast Berbice, and which resulted in the death of Eson Ritch, 29 years, of Hopetown, WCB.
Investigations have revealed that Ritch was driving a motor cycle when it is alleged that he collided with a motor car that drove out from an access road. Pillion rider Clifford Mc Calmon, 23 years, of Lichfield, WCB, received injuries and has been admitted to hospital.
The driver of the motor car is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
