Just after midnight today, Monday August 12, Devon Cooper, 38 years, of Festival City, Georgetown, was on the seawall at Ogle, East Coast Demerara, when he was confronted by two men, one of whom was armed with a firearm, and during which he was shot to his right hand.
According to the police, he has been admitted to hospital for medical treatment. Investigations are in progress.
