A 55-year-old man was placed on bail when he appeared, yesterday, at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court on a charge of using threatening language.
Brian Chung pleaded guilty to the charge which stated that on October 7, 2016 at Robb Street, Lacytown, he made use of threatening language towards his nephew in an occasion of breach of peace between the two.
However, the virtual complainant was a “no show” at the court.
Chung was placed on $5,000 bail and is expected to reappear on October 25, 2016.
