Road users are informed that East Coast Public Road within the vicinity of Lusignan Public Road will be temporarily closed on Sunday August 19, 2018.
The road closure is necessary in order to install underground ducts to facilitate a cable diversion. This request was made by China Railway First Group, the contractor responsible for the East Coast Highway Improvement Project (Better Hope to Belfield).
Pending favorable weather condition, work will commence from 8:30h and is expected to conclude by 15:30h.
Traffic will be diverted through Melsha Road (west) onto Railway Embankment into Church of God Road Buxton (East). The Public Infrastructure Ministry regrets any inconvenience this may cause.
