[www.inewsguyana.com] – Top cyclist Raynauth Jeffrey might miss the rest f the 2015 season after suffering a broken collar bone.
The Team Coco cyclist collided with a dog on his way home from his regular afternoon ride that plunged him several feet away from his cycle, causing the horrific injury.
Jeffery will now miss the upcoming Independence Three-Stage cycle meet as well as a chance to defend his Guyana National Cycling Federation Time Trial Road Race title.
The 20 year old cyclist will also miss his USA trip where he would have competed in several races.
