During the ceremony, held at the college Convention Centre, Hydar Ally, a former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, was appointed as Chairman.

The other members include Oma Ramdin, Marti De Souza, Merrano Isaacs, Michelle Semple McBean, Errol Watts, Chaitram Dhanesar, Mark Lyte, Kosi John, Sirpaul Jaikishun, Tamash Budhoo, Usha Banson, and Coretta McDonald, alongside ex-officio members Principal Noella Joseph, Vice Principal Tamsin Granville, and Chief Education Officer Mohammed Saddam Hussain.

Following the installation, Chairman Ally conducted an orientation session where he emphasised that the board’s primary focus will be the enhancement of academic performance.

To support this objective, the board has pledged a commitment to institutional transparency and regular stakeholder engagement to inform its decision-making process throughout its term.
