Hotel owner was strangled to death – PME

[www.inewsguyana.com]A post mortem examination (PME) has revealed that Joseph Jagdeo, who was found dead in his hotel room on Thursday November 14 was strangled to death.

According to the police, the PME was conducted on the man’s body on Friday November 15, by Government Pathologist Dr. Nehaul Singh who gave the cause of death as asphyxia due to manual strangulation.

Jagdeo’s body was found in a room at the South Central Hotel and Bar on South Road, Georgetown, which he owned.
