[www.inewsguyana.com] – The police are investigating the death of 47 – year – old Wesley Douglas, who died at the Georgetown Public Hospital on Sunday, June 14.
According to a police report, Douglas of Goed Intent, West Bank Demerara was involved in an altercation with another man at Canal No. 1 Polder on Friday, June 12 during which he received an injury to his head.
He was admitted to the GPHC where he succumbed on Sunday. The suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
