A father of two was earlier today fined and sentenced to 48 months in prison, when he appeared before City Magistrate, Judy Latchman, at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court, for being in possession of cannabis.
Seon Brammer, 39, of Eight Avenue, Diamond Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara, was found guilty of the charge which stated that on May 13, 2016, he had in his possession 464 grammes of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking.
Brammer was fined $30,000 and sentenced to four years imprisonment.
