Andrew Henry also known as Andrew Thomas made his appearance before Magistrate Ann McLennan and pleaded not guilty to the charge, which alleged that on November 17 at Georgetown, he attempted to break and enter a Bar belonging to Courtney Bowman.
His Lawyer, Paul Fung – A – Fat requested bail in a reasonable sum, stating that his client does not have any prior or pending matters.
Police Prosecutor, Dinero Jones did not object to bail but asked that it be in a substantial amount. The father of two will make his next court appearance before Magistrate Dylon Bess on December 16.
