[www.inewsguyana.com] – Information reaching iNews suggests that 8 – year – old, Kasszel Harlequin drowned late this afternoon (Friday, August 1), at Katapuli Creek, Bucktown, Linden.
He was reportedly transported to the Wismar Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. iNews was informed that the lad and his family were on a picnic, when he was swimming with others in the creek.
His parents are reportedly traumatized over the incident and could not speak to this online news entity. iNews will provide more details as it becomes available.
