Eccles businessman injured in Agricola accident

[www.inewsguyana.com] – An Eccles auto sale businessman walked away with minor injuries from an accident that could have very well been fatal.

The businessman who was identified as Mark Chandra is said to have suffered a tyre blow out.
According to one eyewitness Chandra was heading to the city and had just entered Agricola, East Bank Demerara when his front  right tyre blew out, leaving him to slam into the  centre of the highway.
“His front wheel came clean off, he came out conscious and everything but when he realize what was going on he faint in my hands… so I try to get him to the hospital” the eyewitness related.
Meanwhile a hospital official confirmed that Chandra suffered minor injuries and that test were being ran to determine whether he suffered any internal injuries. No one else was injured in the collision.
