An East Coast Demerara (ECD) man was killed on the Cove and John Public Road sometime around 17:45h on Friday.
Dead is 62-year-old Derick Freeman of Lot 4 Cove and John. According to reports received, Freeman was riding his bicycle when he was reportedly struck down by motor vehicle GTT 4080.
The driver was taken into custody and is assisting with investigations.
