The Guyana Police Force has launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of Cuban National, Joel Perez Laffita, whose body was found on the roadway at Providence, East Bank Demerara, at about 01:30hrs this morning (Tuesday March 08).
INews understands that “a wound” was found on the neck of the 47-year-old Cuban national.
The body is at the Georgetown Public Hospital Mortuary awaiting a post mortem.
