Guyana has recorded 27 new cases of the novel coronavirus, taking the total positives detected to date to 63,518.
There are two persons in the hospitals, one of whom is in the ICU.
A total of 88 persons are isolating at home while three are in institutional quarantine.
Recoveries stand at 62,200 while the death toll remains at 1,228.
