Forty – one – year old Dexter Edmond of Laing Avenue Georgetown appeared before Magistrate Judy Latchman charged with assault and threatening language.
He pleaded not guilty to both offences which he allegedly committed against his girlfriend Tiffany Adams.
The court was told that on June 18 at Laing Avenue he and the woman had an argument and he assaulted her using abusive language. However, both parties did not give evidence against each other and as such the matter was dismissed.
