After several hiccups, the containers storing the ballot boxes have been opened in the presence of party agents.
The recount of votes has begun, more than two hours after the scheduled start time of 08:00hrs.
The recount is being streamed live on GECOM’s Facebook and YouTube pages.
The entire activity is expected to last 25 days.
