Guyana’s new High Commisioner to India Charrandass Persaud has presented his credentials to President of India Shri Ramnath Kovind.
The event was held today in a virtual ceremony in New Delhi.
The Former Alliance For Change (AFC) Member of Parliament rose to prominence after his
no-confidence vote in 2018 led to the former Government’s downfall.
