Car slams into electricity pole on Mandela Avenue

unnamed (2)[www.inewsguyana.com] –Scores of residents in the East/West Ruimveldt area are currently without electricity after the driver of a car lost control and slammed into a utility pole.

Initial reports reaching iNews indicate that no one was injured in the accident; however the circumstances surrounding the incident are unclear at this time.

Residents of the surrounding areas are complaining of the lack of electricity while traffic is moving at a snail’s pace.
