[www.inewsguyana.com] – Dave Cameron has been re-elected president of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB).
He defeated former West Indies fast bowler and current Barbados Cricket Association head, Joel Garner, 8 votes to 4, in elections which were held in Kingston on Saturday, March 07.
His vice-president Emmanuel Nanthan was also returned by the same 8 to 4 vote margin, defeating Garner’s running mate Baldath Mahabir, of the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board. [Jamaica Observer]
