Police on Thursday arrested two brothers at Guyhoc Park, Georgetown after an unlicensed pistol along with nine live rounds were found on their premises.
A suspected stolen or unlawfully obtained motorcycle was also found in their possession.
Police Headquarters said one of the men attempted to escape and received minor during the process of being subdued.
