All flights have been delayed at CJIA

All flights have been delayed at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport ( CJIA ) after the right wing of a Caribbean Airlines flight struck the tail of a Fly Jamaica aeroplane upon landing.

Both planes are presently grounded.

The Guyana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and Cheddi Jagan International Airport Corporation (CJIAC) are currently investigating the incident which occurred between the two aircraft around 7:50 hrs this morning on the international apron.
