An accident which occurred this morning at Mahaica, East Coast Demerara (ECD), has left several persons injured and the minibus in which they were travelling, badly damaged.
Commander of “C” Division, Marlon Chapman, has confirmed that the injured persons have been rushed to the hospital for emergency medical treatment.
At the moment, it is unclear as to what exactly caused the accident.
