Mayor of Bartica, Anthony Murray, has died, days after suffering a heart attack.
Murray suffered a heart attack on September 8 and was subsequently medevacked to Georgetown for medical attention.
Murray became Mayor of the Region Seven town following the 2023 Local Government Elections.
