All outstanding wages of aggrieved workers settled – EKAA HRIM

EKAA HRIM Earth Resources Management Inc. in a release to the press stated that all outstanding wages for the months of April and May 2026 have been fully processed and settled. This come days after the company was instructed to disburse all outstanding salaries and wages due to affected workers on or before May 27, 2026.

The company on Monday related that the payments were completed on May 25, 2026, ahead of the timeline previously communicated by the Company. Following the completion of the payment process, the Ministry of Labour and Manpower Planning was formally notified.

The Company further confirms that there are no outstanding wage or salary obligations owed to any of the 37 employees referenced in recent allegations against the organization. All payments due and owing to these individuals have been accounted for and settled in full.

“EKAA HRIM Earth Resources Management Inc. acknowledges the patience and understanding shown by its employees during this period and reiterates its commitment to fair labour practices and the timely compensation of all members of staff,” the release stated. The Company says it remains committed to engaging constructively with the relevant authorities and continuing its operations in a responsible and professional manner.
