Guyana has recorded 88 new cases of the novel coronavirus, which takes the total positives to date to 9820.
There are now 12 persons in the ICU, 56 in institutional isolation, 900 in home isolation, and 19 in institutional quarantine.
The number of recoveries stands at 8632 while the death toll has risen to 221.
