A pensioner who appeared before Magistrate Clive Nurse on Wednesday was granted bail for making use of threatening behaviour.
82-year-old Prince Albert John of 46 Victory Valley, Wismar, Linden, appeared at the Linden Magistrates Court and pleaded not guilty to the charge, which stated that he made use of threatening behaviour to Violet John on Friday, February 5 while at Victory Valley.
He received bail in the sum of $5000. The matter was adjourned to March 29.
