7-Y-O among 3 killed after car crashes into parked truck

Three persons have died after the car they were travelling in crashed into a parked truck along the Soesdyke-Linden Highway.

The accident occurred during the wee hours of today.

Dead are Shelly Joseph, Keiron Wells, and seven-year-old Meranzo Campbell, all formerly of Cemetery Road, Timehri.

This publication understands that Campbell’s father, Mario, was the driver of the motorcar.

The group was reportedly travelling from Linden when the crash occurred at around 01:00hrs.
