[www.inewsguyana.com] – A 25 – year – old mother of four succumbed at the West Demerara Regional Hospital early Tuesday morning (March 18) after inducing a large dose of a poisonous substance.
Fazeena Mohamed reportedly drank gramoxone on Sunday night (March 16) after a heated argument with her husband at their Meten – Meer – Zorg, West Coast Demerara home.
iNews (www.inewsguyana.com) understands that the argument ensued over financial issues. Information reaching the online news service (www.inewsguyana.com) stated that the man stormed out of the house and returned moments later to find his wife lying in a hammock with the bottle in her hands.
Upon inquiring, Mohamed told her husband that she had ingested poison. He immediately rushed her to the hospital where doctors managed to keep her alive until this morning.
Mohamed leaves to morn a 7 – month – old baby girl and three other children.
