Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident which occurred on Tuesday December 30, 2025 about 02:30hrs at Bamia, Soesdyke-Linden Highway which resulted in the death of Dion Shawn Ramdyhan, 47, a bus driver/poultry farmer of Bamia.
Initial enquiries revealed that the deceased was inside a small zinc-structure house when loud explosions were reportedly heard. He was later found motionless inside the house.
No arrests have been made. Further details will follow as investigations continue.
