Thirty – one – year old Simone Andrews of Silver Valley, Meadow Brook Drive appeared before Magistrate Faith McGusty charged with assault causing actual bodily harm.
Andrews pleaded not guilty to the offence which stated that on August 26 in Georgetown she assaulted Quincy Andrews. The police prosecutor did not object to bail but noted that the accused should be placed on a bond pending termination of the matter. The prosecutor’s request was granted by the Magistrate and the accused was also placed on $25,000 bail with her next court appearance set for September 06. [Royan Abrams]
