[www.inewsguyana.com] – Shonel Webster showed the men how to play golf this weekend with a display of fine stroke play as she teed her way to the ECI Engineering Services Sponsored Golf Tournament.
The event which was held at the Lusignan Golf Course saw Webster beating off Alfred Mentore. Webster, who was playing off a 34 handicap shoot a net 63.
Mentore took second with a net 69, while the rest of the field shot net 70 and 71. Third place went to Avinash Persaud with a gross 73 and a net of 70 fafter much debate and calculations while Christine Sukhram with a gross of 79 and net of 70 occupied 4th.
Best gross was Persaud with a 73 and nearest-to-the-pin was won by Mentore.
