The Guyana Police Force today issued a wanted bulletin for Anthony Jhaggroo who “escaped from lawful custody”. The Police said Jhaggroo is wanted for questioning in connection with the murder committed on Yugeshwar Shiwcharan on 2016-07-10 at Belle West Housing Scheme, West Bank Demerara.
