[www.inewsguyana.com] – Two Venezuelan nationals, charged with illegal entry were fined $30,000 each by Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, (May 8).
Jesus Gomez and Jean Carlos Nomez pleaded guilty to the charge, which alleged that on May 3 at Waini, in the North West District, they entered Guyana by sea and disembarked without the consent of an immigration officer.
