The man whose motionless body was found on the Kilmarnock public road in Corentyne, Berbice on Monday morning was identified as that of Marlon Cox, a 40-year-old farmer of Tain Village, Berbice.
At about 03:30h, Cox’s lifeless body was found lying on the public road with several marks of violence on his head and right hand.
The deceased was clad in a pair of dark blue long jeans, a dark brown t-shirt and Jordan sneakers.
An investigation has been launched.
