The police have reported that at about 04:00 today Sunday July 14, ranks of a mobile police patrol recovered an unlicensed .32 pistol with three matching rounds along the roadway in East Ruimveldt, Georgetown.
Three men who were in the vicinity have been arrested and are in police custody assisting with the investigations.
