[www.inewsguyana.com] – Two suspects are in police custody assisting with investigations into a robbery which took place sometime on Tuesday night (February 11) at a Grove, East Bank Demerara fashion Store.
iNews understands that bandits carted off with over $250,000 in cash, clothing and computers valued over $2M from his store. The men also took the DVR of the surveillance system.
Businesswoman, Jacqueline Pedro told iNews that she and her husband are renting the location and was informed of the break – in by the landlord. The woman said that the perpetrators gained entry through a window. Investigations are ongoing.
