Trinidad and Tobago: A 29-year-old woman, Candian Boisson, was killed yesterday when the driver of the vehicle she was travelling in lost control and went off a precipice in Maraval.
The accident took place along Morne Coco Road, Maraval, around 1 p.m.
Troy Letren was driving a vehicle toward Maraval with two passengers—Boisson and her brother, Dylan Fournillier, 25, both from Upper Paramin. The trio was on their way to pick up Boisson’s two young children.
However, Letren lost control of the vehicle and it went off the narrow roadway, plummeting an estimated 40 feet down a precipice.
People who witnessed the accident stopped and rendered assistance, and the police and Emergency Health Services were notified. (Trinidad Express)
