A truck just moments ago ran over the head of a man at the junction of Sheriff and Garnett Street in Georgetown. It is not clear how the fatal accident occurred but, so far, the man killed has not been identified. Police are currently on the scene conducting investigations. The truck driver is in custody. Reports are that the man is a ‘junkie’ and at the time of his death he was going under the truck to pick up some bottles. INews will bring you more details in a subsequent report.
