Tribunal for Carvil Duncan to be sworn in today

A tribunal appointed by President David Granger to inquire, investigate and recommend whether Mr. Carvil Duncan, Chairman and appointed member of the of the Public Service Commission ought to be removed from office for inability to discharge the functions of the said office is set to take their oath of office later  today.

The Tribunal comprises:

1. Her Honour, Justice Roxane George          – Chairperson
2. Justice (ret’d) Winston Patterson               – Member
3. Mr. Robert Ramcharran (Attorney-at-Law) – Member
