They are all Venezuelan nationals. The ten defendants: Vences Elizabeth Mohamed, Bertha Rodriquez De Ohonas, Kenedy Jose Manjanito, Jhon Kendel Majamito, Juan Esleban Diaj, Juis Orlando Callejas, Jesus Farrota Martinez, Hernando Ramirej Flores, Oscar Jarojona Martinez, and James Jrisna Peinado pleaded guilty.
The particulars of the case states that on Saturday, January 18, at Charity, Essequibo Coast, they entered Guyana by sea and disembarked without the consent of an immigration officer.
