[www.inewsguyana.com] – Team management and its managers will be the spotlight of the Guyana Cricket Board’s (GCB) seminar on Sunday, April 27.
According to the GCB, the event will be held at the Ministry of Sport’s National Resource Centre.
The event will focus on the enhancing the knowledge base of team managers and potential team managers.
Functions, roles and responsibilities as well as the development of appropriate skills and personal characteristics will be some areas that will see attention being placed.
The different leadership styles, core values and relevant code of ethics of the West Indies Cricket Board are also expected to gain some amount of prominence in the event.
The three stage event will facilitated by Alvin Johnson, Grantley Culbard, Cecil Chin and Colin Stuart. Other speakers expected to grace the proceedings include Sport Director Neil Kumar as well GCB President Drubahadur.
