Suspect who allegedly stabbed miner to death arrested

stabbing[www.inewsguyana.com] – The police have arrested the suspect in the murder of a miner, which occurred on November 23.

According to a police report, on Tuesday December 01, 2015, the suspect in the murder of miner Shanti Solomon of New Amsterdam., Berbice, was arrested by police ranks at Piari Landing.

He is in police custody assisting with the investigations. Solomon had been fatally stabbed at Puruni Landing.
