It is alleged that Clive Forde on September 04, 2015 in the vicinity of Ghetto Flex Bar, Albouystown, Georgetown, being in company of others and being armed with a gun, he murdered 22 year-old Lewis.
He was not allowed to plead to the indictable offense and is scheduled to make his next court appearance before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan on November 12.
On the day in question at about 03:00 hrs, Lewis was shot nine times about his body, as he was standing outside the bar in the company of others.
On September 11, 2015, 21 – year-old Kieron Taylor of Charlestown was charged with the murder and remanded to prison.
